The House

Pi spent a year renovating the house to an immaculate standard with no expense spared, beautifully finished with special features such as an original fireplace, great social kitchen and fully tiled wet room with “floating” fittings and under floor heating. The finish is contemporary and offers all the comforts of a ‘home from home’. Properties are fully furnished and benefit from large flat screen TV, bespoke furniture, kitchen appliance, laminate flooring throughout. Double glazing teamed with new insulation and gas central heating ensures style and warmth. The large modern kitchen is installed with domestic appliances including all essential electrical equipment i.e. fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine etc. The bathroom fully a tiled wet-room equipped with under-floor heating is well spaced and immaculately clean, with shower, sink and toilet. Finally each bedroom is excellently proportioned and fitted with some contemporary Swedish furniture.

The Company

Located in great proximity to the University and 30 seconds from Newland Avenue with its fantastic bars, restaurants, shops and everything else that the Avenues have to offer. Any repairs needed are done quickly and to the highest of standards with our fully qualified workforce. The houses are well insulated with double glazing throughout with brand heating systems meaning the houses are nice and warm in winter but cool and fresh in the summer. The owners of the house are young professionals living on the Avenues. We have rented exclusively to students for over five year, and offer a superb personalised service to all our tenants. Our trusted team of skilled tradesman we are on hand 24/7 to deal with any request or query promptly and efficiently. With optional cleaning services can be provided upon request.
